Important Information FCAT Parent Network Passwords
The FCAT Parent Network website (www.FCATParentNetwork.com) allows parents to see their student's Spring 2008 FCAT SSS Reading, Mathematics, Science, and Writing+ results and access resources and additional information about the FCAT. When the FCAT results become available by the state you will be able to use your Login ID and Password to access your student's scores. Your student's Login ID and Password will be sent home along with the fourth nine weeks Progress Report on Friday, May 2, 2008. Please note that FCAT scores are not yet available. If you need assistance please contact your student's grade level counselor.
FREEDOM HIGH – SUMMER SCHOOL INFORMATION Freedom High School will begin the registration process for incoming 9th grade students at the end of April. Incoming 9th grade students will be allowed to take Health Opportunities through Physical Education (HOPE). HOPE is for the entire summer school session. There may be an opportunity for students and parents to register for summer school on April 24th during the "8th Grade Parent Night". In addition Freedom High is working on the summer school registration form being placed on their website. The forms will be available on-line sometime during the week of April 28th. In addition forms will be sent to each middle school. When the summer school registration form is complete, please submit it to Mrs. Mills 8 th Grade Guidance Counselor and she will forward the forms to Freedom High School. Once your child is registered for summer school, Mrs. Mills will receive confirmation letters to send home with the students. This process will occur during the last two weeks of school. Freedom High School's 8th Grade Parent Night will be held on Thursday, April 24th from 6pm - 7pm in the Performing Arts Center. This will be a great event that will give parents and students an opportunity to receive detailed information on clubs, sports, events etc. You will also have an opportunity to tour the campus.

 

New Parent Portal ProgressBook Providing parents and students with 24/7 access to grades and attendance. The usernames and passwords for access to the new grading and attendance portal were sent home with your student earlier this school year. Contact your grade level counselor if you need assistance with usernames and passwords.   The new portal will allow you to review more than one child through your account.  To get to the site, click on the ProgressBook logo above, or go to http://parentaccess.ocps.net

As an example, the Login Name for John Smith would be jsmith.Password is the 8 digit birthdate. John Smith's birthdate is June 9, 1995, so his password is 06091995.
